My background is fine art (School of the Art Institute of Chicago) and my training is film production (Valencia College). I have been drawing and drafting architecture since grade school, and love detailing complex design for scenery.
I draw using SketchUp / Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and pencil. I draft using Vectorworks, and I started drawing by hand on vellum. The images shown throughout this website are some of my original drafting, concept, or illustrations for projects that I have been a part of. Photographs shown are of the final dressed sets, which showcase the result of many departments coming together to create such environments. I feel fortunate to have been a part of these shows, and loved helping to contribute to the set design, art direction, or production design. I listed my brief job description beneath each title of the project shown.
I am always interested in bridging the digital process between pre-viz, art, and the visual effects departments. I can create and provide accurate digital 3D models of what is being built in construction, that could then serve as scale-able assets for the visual effects department as they finish editing the film or television show.
I have over 20 years experience drafting, designing, and budgeting scenery, and I am always ready for the next challenge.
Resume available upon request.
